A true citizen of the world, born in Australia and raised over four continents, Kirsten values diversity in all its forms. Now based in Texas, she is drawn to people who share her drive to make a positive difference in the community. She defines her success by bringing out the best in the people and organizations she serves.
A seasoned consultant and in-house fundraising leader, Kirsten brings over 20 years’ experience meeting and exceeding multimillion- dollar fundraising goals in health care, higher education, K-12, arts and social service campaigns.

A Success Story
During her 12-year tenure at Baylor College of Medicine Kirsten secured principal gifts as large as $20 million and served as Campaign Director for the College’s successful $1 billion campaign - despite numerous existential challenges – completing the campaign on time and $52 million over goal.
Highlights of that effort included raising $120 million over three months during the eighth year of the effort; guiding a grateful family from their first gift of $5,000 to several multimillion dollar gifts, and building a program to identify and grow the next generation of fundraising talent.

Kirsten has advised on campaigns ranging from $5 million to $1 billion across all nonprofit market sectors. Her specialty is in leadership development and high-stakes, major gift fundraising.
